Qigong (ChiKung) is an ancient system of physical and mental training originating from China. Through gentle movements, conscious breathing, and concentration, you will learn to develop and harmonize your vital energy (Qi), improving your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Qigong is an accessible discipline for everyone. Regardless of age or physical condition, the exercises can be adapted to each student, allowing for safe progress at their own pace.

IN THE CLASSES
At the beginner level you will learn the exercises called Wai Dan or external training, such as Yijinjing (Muscle and tendon change), Wu Ching Shi (game of the five animals), Yiquan (fist of mind and intention) , the Hunyuan QiGong (exercises of the Hunyuan universe), the Baduanjing (Eight Silk Brocades), the Liankung (base exercises). Systems that have proven effects on improving physical and mental state and that will help you prevent and treat chronic diseases.
Afterwards, you will begin to learn the sitting exercises Dze Yuan (purple cloud) or standing meditation Zhan Zhuang, to increase your Qi vitality and calm the mind. The practice of "Microcosmic Orbit" meditation is a fundamental technique in which you will develop Qigong in movement and in a meditative way.
One of the systems you will learn is the Luohan Gong method, a school of QiGong (Chi Kung) that has exercises from the three levels of learning. The 18 Buddha Palms Sub Bak Luohan Yik Gun Kuen, the Little Buddha Siu Luohan, Great Buddha Dai Luohan, the 108 Palms of Gwan Yin, and the Formless Form Wuji.
